Exchanges and Returns
SHG Return Policy
We want to ensure that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience and feel confident in their purchases with us. Therefore, we have developed a clear and transparent return policy that covers order cancellations, returns after delivery, and exchanges. Please read the following terms carefully:
1. Order Cancellation:

1.2. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In this case, you may follow the return process as described in the following sections.
2. Return After Delivery:
2.1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving the product, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with European laws.
2.2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and without any signs of use or damage.
2.3. To request a return, please contact our customer service. We will provide detailed instructions for the return process.
2.4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund for the amount paid. The refund processing time varies depending on the payment method and the card issuer, typically ranging from 3 to 12 business days.
2.5. SHG will cover the shipping costs for the return of the product. We will provide a free return shipping label through the customer's preferred contact channels.
3. Exchanges:
3.1. If you wish to exchange the product for a different model or color, please follow the same return procedure described in Section 2.
3.2. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the exchange for the desired product. If there is a price difference between the products, we will adjust the payment or refund the difference accordingly.
3.3. SHG will cover the shipping costs for the first product exchange.
4. General Conditions:
4.1. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that do not comply with this return policy.
4.2. If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be covered under the legal warranty. In such cases, please contact us so we can arrange for an exchange or repair as required by law.
4.3. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents will not be eligible for return or exchange.
